WEEK TWO: Steps+Water-why do we care?
GOAL OF THE WEEK
To drink at least 6-8 cups of water daily (some people need more) Track your water in cup amounts. Track your points in cups. Cups = points. Send your cup/point week total before Monday. Example: 36 cups = 36 points. So at the end of this week, please send your water point total to Denise.
WHY DO WE CARE ABOUT WATER?
I have a client that insists that taking her pills with two sips of water & drinking orange juice & a cup of coffee is enough water for her. And I disagree. And maybe you do too. Well I say prove me wrong this week by trying this week’s water challenge.
Along with sleep, dehydration is the unspoken health crisis. And without certain levels of water in the system, your ability to think, produce and function are almost impossible. Our bodies are 60 % water. Drinking enough water can increases energy, helps the skin, flushes out toxins. Drinking enough water can help with eliminations of the body, urination, perspiration & bowel movements.
Water can be a natural headache remedy.
